Experience a yoga class of integration in one of the most beautiful, peaceful and pristine places on earth. Revitalize the balance of your entire being. The classes are held in the beautiful Hotel Costa Verde. It is located on a coastal rainforest bluff overlooking the Pacific beaches of Manuel Antonio National Park near Quepos. The outdoor yoga platform is on the highest point of the property with magnificent views of the ocean. The temperature in the studio is determined by the weather and so will vary from class to class. Sometimes birds and monkeys practice along.
