immersion is a comprehensive 250 hour/30 day training with in-depth instruction on yoga philosophies, postures and alignment, anatomy and physiology, class scripts, and meditation.
utilizing periodic workshops, study groups, lectures, reading assignments and remote interaction the extended training option is designed to work with your unique life circumstance and commitments.
modeled on our immersion curriculum, the modules training option is divided into four segments or modules. Each module can be taken separately in different places and at different times that suit your schedule
