What you will learn:

Step-by-Step Course: Deepen Your Practice and Begin Teaching Immediately After Completion

POSTURE MECHANICS

Develop a deep understanding of how each pose interacts with your body, including the subtle actions and counteractions that occur within your muscles, joints, and skeletal system.

YOGA ANATOMY

Delve into the science of yoga asana practice as you learn about the alignment, the physiological effects on the body, and the benefits of each pose.

ASANA ESSENTIALS

Learn the essential verbiage to lead a Hot Yoga class (Bikram style), Flow, or Yin with authority, personality and confidence.

YOGA PHILOSOPHY

Yoga philosophy stems from the ancient Indian texts called the Vedas, particularly the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, written around 2,000 years ago. The philosophy integrates physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana) to promote a balanced and harmonious life.

The Art of Teaching

It is not merely about teaching physical postures but about guiding others towards inner awareness and freedom. A true yoga teacher helps students to observe their own minds, transcending the mechanical routines and discovering the depth of their own being.
