Zefea Samson
Zefea began practicing yoga at age 4 with renowned teacher Angela Farmer. In her twenties, she trained in boxing and Krav Maga. She rediscovered yoga through Bikram Yoga in Amsterdam and graduated from Bikram’s Teacher Training in 2005. Zefea represented the Netherlands as the Dutch gold medalist three times in the International Yoga Championships, finishing in the world’s top 10 each time.
Mark Drost
Mark has dedicated his adult life to studying yoga philosophy and meditation. With 15 years of Bikram Yoga practice and teaching since 2001, he has taught in over 50 studios globally, founded 12 studios, and mentored hundreds of teachers. Inspired by the lineage of Paramhansa Yogananda, Mark integrates 25 years of experience into his teaching, enriching heated hatha yoga with a focus on meditation and breathing.PRICING
