What is the online teacher training program?
Our online teacher training program is a comprehensive and interactive program that enables students to become certified yoga teachers from the comfort of their own homes. It is designed for those who cannot attend in-person training programs due to scheduling, location, or other reasons. You can decide between 250 hour hot yoga and flow yoga, or our 84 hour yin yoga online program.

How long does the online teacher training program take?
Our 250 hour online teacher training program typically takes around 4 weeks to complete, but the exact timeframe may vary depending on the program and the student's pace. For some it may take 6 to 8 weeks, or if you prefer to finish at your own pace it is also possible.
Our 84 hour online yin yoga teacher training lasts 1 week -technically 8 days.
What are the prerequisites for the online teacher training program?
There are no prerequisites to join the program. It’s suitable for novice and expert practitioners. It’s important to have a solid internet connection and laptop, that’s all! Also we can work around your schedule.
What topics are covered in the online teacher training program?
The online teacher training program covers a wide range of topics, including yoga philosophy, anatomy and posture mechanics, teaching methodology, dialogue, sequencing, meditation, and more. The program also includes live interactive sessions with experienced teachers, as well as self-paced modules and assignments.
How is the online teacher training program structured?
Our online teacher training program is structured to provide a comprehensive and immersive learning experience for students. It includes both live interactive sessions with teachers and self-paced modules that can be completed at the student's own time. There are also assignments and exams to ensure that students have a thorough understanding of the material.
What kind of certification will I receive upon completing the online teacher training program?
Upon completing the online teacher training program, students will receive a certificate of completion from evolation yoga. This certification will enable them to register as a 200-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
Are there any payment plans or financial aid options available for the online teacher training program?

Can I complete the online teacher training program at my own pace, or is there a set schedule?
The online teacher training program is designed to be flexible and allows students to complete the program at their own pace. However, there may be some live interactive sessions that are scheduled at specific times and students are encouraged to attend those sessions.
