Zefea rediscovered yoga through Bikram Yoga in Amsterdam and graduated from Bikram's Teacher Training in 2005. She represented the Netherlands as Dutch gold medalist three times in the International Yoga Championships, finishing in the world's top 10 each time. In Evolation, Zefea leads the posture mechanics curriculum — the deep biomechanical breakdown of every pose in the 26+2.
Mark has studied yoga philosophy and meditation for over 40 years. With 30 years of Bikram Yoga practice and 25 years of teaching, he has taught in 100+ studios, founded 15, and mentored thousands of teachers. Inspired by the lineage of Yogananda, his classes blend heated hatha yoga with meditation, breathwork, and a deep sense of presence. In your training, Mark teaches the Lectures of the Self — philosophy, the 8 limbs, and meditation.
