Alternatively, this is a great opportunity to practice outside (weather-permitting of course). Yoga amongst nature and fresh air is a beautiful thing.

Schedule

Our online yoga studio is able to offer more classes across more time zones. So when your body randomly calls out for some movement at 9pm at night, or any time during the day, our online doors are open to you. No commuting, no looking for parking, no stress — just sign on up to 15 minutes before class starts, and enjoy.

Control

You get to control the volume of the teacher, the playlist, the temperature of the room… You own this space. No external distractions, so cultivate your ideal home studio.

Freedom

Explore a practice free from any feelings of comparison, self-consciousness or pressure to do every posture perfectly. Skip any poses that aren’t serving you, or add any that will. Be as loud as you want with your breath, sighs, comments, and feel safe to cry when emotions come up — we certainly are! Feel your feelings, without judgement.
